New Product Blog Hop!!! Scaredy Cat and Base And Bling

I am excited to be participating in this Blog Hop.  If you came from Wendy's Blog welcome!
I love Close To My Heart's Base and Bling product line and I used it to make a really cute pedant!  Normally I would just use the CTMH sticker style sheets to make a pendant, but I REALLY wanted one for Halloween!  You may be surprised at how easy it was to make!

The supplies required are:
Base &Bling Oval Pendants (3 for $5.95)
Base & Bling Oval Glass Cover (3 for $2.95)
Scaredy Cat B&T
Liquid Glass

Step 1:  Use the glass cover to find the element you want in your pendant and trace with pencil.

Step 2:  Fussy cut your shape out.  Your cut out does not not fit PERFECTLY in the pendant.   You will notice in the picture, mine cut was quite a bit off!   Since there were a few stars at the top of my oval, I added a layer of stars cut from the B&T.

Step 3:   Since there were a few stars at the top of my oval, I added a layer of stars cut from the B&T.I added a some Liquid Glass.  The class cover is placed in the pendant.

I held it for about 10 seconds and VIOLA....

I love the way this turned out!  Now it is your turn to make one!  Can't wait to see what you create! Now, off you pop to Sarah's Blog.  She created a lovely card with the Snowhaven paper kit!

  9. Just saw this and it is so cool! What is the BT mentioned? Can you just stamp onto cardstock, color and use that to cut out the shape? If you have to you can answer here and I will check back to see if you did. Thanks.
